Cancellation Policy

Northern Vista Droneworks – Service & Cancellation Policy At Northern Vista Droneworks, we value your time and trust. To ensure reliable, efficient service for every client, please review the following policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, and deliverables. Booking & Payment: All appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by email or text. A 25% deposit may be required to secure your date and time, with the balance due upon delivery of images, video, or reports. Travel fees may apply for sites more than 25 miles from Plymouth, NH. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules, or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, may incur a $50 scheduling fee. Rescheduling is always subject to weather and airspace conditions. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or transfer of your deposit to a future date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to appear, or if the property is inaccessible at the scheduled time (e.g., locked gates, unsafe weather, or obstructed flight area), the full service fee may be charged. If NVDW cancels a flight due to weather or airspace restrictions, the client will be offered a no-cost reschedule or full refund. Site Readiness & Safety: Clients must ensure the property is safe and accessible for drone operations. NVDW reserves the right to delay or cancel a flight if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with FAA regulations. Deliverables: Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours following inspection, unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables include high-resolution imagery, video, or maps, provided digitally via secure link. Files remain available for 30 days unless extended storage is arranged. Liability: Northern Vista Droneworks operates under FAA Part 107 certification and full liability insurance. Flights are conducted safely, professionally, and within all applicable regulations. NVDW is not responsible for damage or conditions existing prior to inspection. By booking with Northern Vista Droneworks, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
